The Greater Manassas Christmas Parade has been a fixture in the community for 73 years! It takes place the first Saturday in December at 10 a.m. It has become one of the largest holiday parades in Northern Virginia with over 100 units-marching bands, floats, high-flying balloons, and more! We have approximately 2,000 participants and over 300 volunteers. The parade sets the mood for the holiday season has become a family tradition with multiple generations lined up to watch the parade!
Help Make Memories for a Child on Christmas Day!
For the third year, we partnered with Un-Trim-A-Tree to collect new, un-wrapped toys for children in the Greater Manassas area. Last year, Un-Trim-A-Tree served more than 5,005 children! A float went along the parade route before the parade began to collect the toys and there was a float by the Christmas Tree during Santa Lights Manassas. If you wish to still participate in the program, visitVolunteer Prince William.
